Refund Policy for Alpha E-commerce

At Alpha, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds: To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Perishable goods
